on top of bright nickel, to

efficient for solar energy

2.TUBING GRID-
16 mm copper waterways
silver-brazed to 29 mm
copper manifolds with an
optimal ratio between
diamaters. This design eliminates water stagna tion in the collector and enhances uniform flow.



3. INSULATION-

Polyurethane foam cast
under and around the sides of the absorber plate.
Special PU with low freon content to meet Europeans standards.

4. PIPING Connection

can be made at four
locations, eliminating the need for external piping in a collector array. Outlet diameter: 1" BSP thread.

5. COLLECTOR CASING

weather- teight.
Constructed of corrosion
resistant extruded
anodized or painted
aluminium.



6. GLAZING

single pane low

7. BACK PAN

made of PVC sheet,
UV resistant.

8. GASKET

9. ALUMINIUM FOIL
attached to the
insulation to reflect the emitted heat radiation to the absorber plate, thusminimizing heat loss at the back.
